Asbestos poses serious, long-term health risks when it degrades. To ensure a completely safe, hazard-free environment, we are launching an Asbestos Roof Mitigation Project to safely remove and replace these roofs.

One of the most vital pieces of our infrastructure is our natural reed bed system, which eco-friendly cleans and recycles our wastewater so it can safely return to the environment. Over years of continuous use, our existing system has reached its capacity and requires a complete overhaul. We are launching the Reed Bed Replacement and Expansion Project to rebuild, upgrade, and scale this natural filtration system.
Managing energy across a large facility with multiple residential homes, kitchens, and workshops is a massive task. It is easy for geysers, heaters, and lights to be left on in empty rooms, which wastes power and drives up our utility bills. To solve this, we are launching our Wireless Energy Management Project. By installing a smart, wireless energy-monitoring system, we can track our electricity use in real time and automatically turn off unused appliances.
